I agree that I have no rights to the Pictures or Content that the picture becomes part of, and all rights to the Pictures & Content belong to the Tennis Demo Location.
I represent and warrant that I am at least 18 years of age and have the full legal capacity to execute this release.

I agree that pictures taken of me or my family inside the club or at any club event, can be used or disseminated by the club in their materials made available to the general public.
I do not agree that pictures of me or my family can be used as described above.
